One day, after yet another heated exchange with his boss over a project delay (thanks to an unreliable vendor), Grant Sparks decided to take a break and cool off. He headed to the trusty vending machine for a Twinkie—a small comfort in a day filled with aggravation. Yet, as fate would have it, even the vending machine turned against him. His Twinkie got stuck, refusing to drop into the tray below. Already at his wit's end, he snapped. He shook the machine, cursed it, and shook it some more, oblivious to the danger lurking nearby.
