Returns Policy
All items are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from CableVendor. Refunds will be processed after CableVendor receives and inspects returned items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Items returned unopened and in the original package will receive a full refund.
Items opened but without defects or quality problems will receive an 85% refund. Any returned product that appears damaged due to customer misuse, or has missing parts will be evaluated by CableVendor, and a refund may be provided for up to 85% of the original purchase price at CableVendor’s discretion.
Warranty Returns
Repair or replacement is available for warranty returns within the warranty period. CableVendor will pay round-trip transportation to repair or replace returned items for valid warranty claims or refund the purchase price in full at CableVendor’s discretion. Items disassembled or modified by the buyer, damaged by fire, flood, or negligence of the buyer are not eligible for warranty claims.
